Usage: DRIVE:/Volume
Parameter on command line may be used to specify the drive letter,
or Volume Label; use "_" for current drive.
FILLDISK Creates a file named FILLDISK which consumes all free disk space.
Exits with ERRORLEVEL 2 if DRIVE:/Volumn is invalid.
Exits with ERRORLEVEL 1 if I/O Error encountered.
Exits with ERRORLEVEL 0 if Ok.
