Usage: [options] Mode [[SourceFile] [DestinationFile]]

Options:
-FS:n Changes font size to n points (default=10)
-PW:n Changes Page Width to n inches (default=8)
-LM:n Sets left margin in inches (default=0.25)
-TM:n Set top margin in inches (default=0.25)

Mode:
PRE reads a preformatted text file and converts to GDML

If SourceFile omitted, reads from StdIn.
If DestinationFile omitted, writes to StdOut.
