LSTMAINT is program designed to allow a user to maintain an encrypted text
file used to control another program.
If a filename is provided on the commandline, LSTMAINT opens that file for
edit and the user has no opportunity to select a different file.
This allows an administrator to setup an icon which is specific to a single
purpose and does not provide an opportunity for a user to make a wrong
selection.
