Filters the standard input, removing all carriage returns,
(ASCII 13) and line feeds (ASCII 10), and writing to standard
output. If parameters are given on the command line, the first
assumed to be the input file or device, the send the output.
DOS redirection may also be used.
Unlimited line length allowed.
