OUTNBACK is network based program which replaces the magnetic In/Out
board. OUTNBACK allows people to sign out when they leave the office,
indicate when they will return, and why they are gone.
ONBSHOW may be used to see who is in and who is out.
ONBSETUP is used by an administrator to setup how OUTNBACK
works.
