ScrnSvr is an "un-screensaver". It functions like a screen saver on demand.
It may be placed on your desktop and started when needed. The command-line
may optionally contain a message which is displayed in a vertical marquee
style; instead of the message scrolling horizontally, the entire message is
sized to fit the screen horizontally, and then "floats" vertically up and
down the screen.
