Usage: FileName [Parameters WorkDir ShowCmd]
Where:
FileName to be executed
Parameters to be passed to registered program. % placeholder is
replaced with FileName. If Parameters not given, registered program
is launched without parameters.
WorkDir is the working directory
ShowCmd is one of the following (defaults to SHOWNORMAL):
HIDE,MAXIMIZE,MINIMIZE,RESTORE,SHOW,SHOWDEFAULT,SHOWMAXIMIZED,
SHOWMINIMIZED,SHOWMINNOACTIVE,SHOWNA,SHOWNOACTIVATE,SHOWNORMAL
Any parameters containing spaces should be double quoted.
ERRORLEVEL is set for each kind of error and message written
to standard output.
