Usage: "-?WAPScript[&Var1=Value[&Var2=Value]]" [InFileName [OutFileName]]

WAP (Web Appliation Processor) reads InFileName (or standard input)
containing var=value pairs and processes them with WAPScript,
writing the output to OutFileName (or standard output).

WAP is a template processing language which may be run as a CGI from
a web server or to process files directly.
