Windows Timer Program for Elapsed Time, Alarm (plays WAV file).

In Alarm Mode, counts time up or down, and shows percent elapsed or percent remaining.

Does not show in task bar, but when minimized shows as a title bar on the desktop, timer status is shown in title.
